Refund policy

All items are inspected before shipping. For SUNGLASSES "ONLY", if your item is damaged upon delivery, please email us with your order number and attach pictures of your damaged item. Your satisfaction is our top priority so we will be more than happy to send you a replacement free of charge. You will then receive a new tracking number upon processing your order. If a replacement is not available, a refund will then be processed within a few hours to the original method of payment. Refunds typically take a few days to appear.
